Plugin abandoned?

Hi. Has this plugin been abandoned? Been using the “PRO” version for quite some time and works great, however I have had no response from support to a number of emails / tickets regarding subscription renewals etc.
Would be sad to have to move on to a different option (as this filter/plugin is by far the quickest), but unfortunately can’t justify renewing subscriptions when there is no response from the developer.
