Plug Ins not working, Please help!

I need serious help using plug ins. Anytime I try to use a plug in that that requires me to enter short code the plug ins don’t work. If you go to my website http://www.jawaunesaad.com you can see what I’m talking about. When you click on contact me you will see the short code for contact form 7. it’s just showing the naked short code and not the form itself. Another example is when you click on the shop button and the other links in the drop down menu. If you click on shop and add items to the cart then click on any of the pages in the drop down menu only the bare bracketed short code is shown.

This is a them that I have built myself. Is there something that needs to be added to the functions file to make these short codes work? I am totally stomped on this one. Please someone help me.
