plug in not working

    I had my site running and installed this plug in Post video players slideshow and photo galleries but when i upload a flv file on a post it wont show the flash but instead saying images in blue letters.

    On my other site i runned the plug in and it worked, but cant find the way for my main site to work. Any one help me i am new in wordpress.
