Plug in causes errors with Action sheduler (WP-CLI)

HI not sure how to explain it but could be from wordpress update 7.0.2 more or less that timeline our action scheduler been stuck on processing tasks.

found out this works fine if honeypot is disabled. even IF the site server IP itself is whitelisted.
I believe its a compatibility issue but dont specifically know.

But while the plugin is on and its cached some memory via Litespeed / Reddis it prevents me from even running manual commands via Terminal

php wp-cli.phar action-scheduler run –batches=1 –force

if i had to run this while the plugin is active it just throws blank but plugin disabled and cache purged (object cache) it runs fine.

in the background just gets stuck lets some through but a lot gets stuck and ends up doing 3940+ passed due within 24hours (its a large woocommerce)
