please suggest a registration plugin

    I want to be able to make users register on my site. Here is what I want for the registered users to do:

    -I want only they (registered users) be able to make comments
    -They can post articles that will appear in “User articles” category ONLY. These articles will be subject to my moderation.
    -As the time passes I want to be able to make some of the registered users as moderators so they can also moderate these posts.

    What is your suggestion? What registration plugin should I use?
