    Hi,

    When i try to add a giftcard to my shopping cart i’m getting this message: ‘Please select a template’. Templates are not visible on the productpage like they are in the screenshot here. I selected a template in the backend. I refreshed cache also and did every step setting up a woocommerce product. What could be the problem?

    We’re sorry to hear that you were unable to add the gift card to the cart as expected. This might be due to a compatibility issue with the theme or page builder you’re using. To help us investigate and resolve the issue, please provide the following details:

    • The WooCommerce System Status Report (found under WooCommerce → Status → Get System Status Report).
    • The URL to the product page, so we can test it directly.

    Additionally, we recommend switching to the Storefront theme temporarily to check if the issue persists. This will help us determine if the problem is theme-related.
