    Firstly, hello and thank you for using WooToolbelt.

    We have support staff who work around the clock to provide our customers with help. Our aim is to provide a full reply within 12 hours.

    If you experience an issue, please the following details as it will help us replicate the issue and provide full support:

    • How can we replicate the issue? What do we need to click on to see the same issue that you see?
      What Plugins do you have active within your website?
    • What theme do you use? Is it the latest version of the theme?
    • Have you tested the issue by activating the default WordPress theme? Does the issue still exist?
    • Have you tried to deactivate all other plugins (except WooCommerce) to see if the issue still exists?
    • What language does your WordPress install use?

    We have support staff who provide support for both premium and free plugins. You can contact our support staff via our support page where you can open a support ticket.
    We also provide support via this forum, but responses may be delayed as it is a forum and not a support system where issues can be automatically assigned to staff. When a new post is made on the support forum, it only notifies our email address.
    Whichever method you prefer is fine by us, we will provide support to you as quickly as possible.
