Please make RSS whitelist/blacklist feature

Looks like the options on admin.php?page=wpseo_advanced&tab=rss apply to every feed, which is problematic if you have other services grabbing feed data, and seeing this-appeared-on-this-blog on each bit of content.
Why not have ability to block certain url/category query from doing this?
