Your pages-posts plugin seems to be the error.
Access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), navigate to /wp-content/plugins/ and delete pages-posts plugin.
I’m guessing if you upgrade your PHP version, it may solve this issue but your best bet is to check with the plugin developer and see how to fix it.

I deleted the page-posts plugin and now there is a new error message when I go to access the site at http://www.theafhl.com :

That new error message is coming from theme-my-login plugin.

So what do I need to do? Delete that plugin? How many plugins do I need to delete?

Deleted it. Now there’s this error:

Try the following:
Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.
If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

I tried this:
Via FTP or your host’s file manager, navigate to the wp-contents folder (directory)
Via FTP or your host’s file manager, rename the folder “plugins” to “plugins.hold”
Login to your WordPress administration plugins page (/wp-admin/plugins.php) – this will disable any plugin that is “missing”.
Via FTP or your host’s file manager, rename “plugins.hold” back to “plugins”
Then went to this URL: http://theafhl.com/wp-admin/plugins.php
And this is the message there:
W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /misc/25/000/212/149/6/user/web/theafhl.com/wp-content/advanced-cache.php.

It appears to be the theme. Now I have access to the dashboard. How can I figure out what is wrong with the theme and fix it?

Your currently used FlexxProfessional theme could not be found in the wordpress.org/themes/ directory.
If this was a custom theme, you may have to go back to your developer team and ask them to make the necessary change(s) to the theme.
For commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly.
