Please help with contact form not working

Hi,

I have a contact form on my website and in the past week I have noticed it no longer allows you to submit and send the form once completed. Every time you try to submit you get this error “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try uploading smaller file sizes or less photos.”

I have tried testing the form using very small file sizes, and also not attaching files at all, but you still get the above error.

Could anyone provide help? Thanks.

What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?

The theme I am using is called Lodestar theme.

I have a notification when I click on the contact tab that says this “W00t! Premium plugin version was successfully activated.”

I have not asked for that plugin to be activated so maybe that is the issue?
