Please help: widgets admin page not working!

After upgrading e-commerce plugin to 3.8 i got a problem: widgets admin page absolutely not working: here shows not clickable widgets, which i can’t to move to sidebars or fetured places. I am using News child theme, Genesis framework version is 1.4.1. As well not working “add tags” for products. I have deactivated all plugins, but this has no effect. There is another strange thing: when I will install e-commerce plugin at the beginning everything works fine. But after some time widgets admin page no longer work. Please help!
