Update URL to remove folder

Hi,

I am struggling with removing folder name on my site.

I installed wordpress & jupiter theme under ‘wordpress’ folder

I did all the necessary steps to remove the folder name however i get blank page or errors. I did exactly the same steps on my another site it worked fine but it doesn’t work on this one.
http://www.parkart.com.au is the address I want

now only working on http://www.parkart.com.au/wordpress

I’ve googled and tried so many things last 5 days and would love to get some help.

at the moment setting is below on wordpress dash board

WordPress Address (URL) http://parkart.com.au/wordpress

Site Address (URL) http://parkart.com.au/wordpress

when i change site address to http://parkart.com.au , I get blank page on http://parkart.com.au and 404 error page on http://parkart.com.au/wordpress

when i change site url to http://parkart.com.au I also get blank page on http://parkart.com.au and all broken page on http://parkart.com.au/wordpress​

I also tried https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_The_Site_URL​

I would be really appreciate if you could get back to me regarding this issue,
