    Hello UM,
    I still got redirected when i want to go to my website.
    the plugin isn’t working properly on my website. I just downloaded the new update, imported it with my FTP account. (Filezilla). I disabled the other one (the old one). But still no results.

    Could you please help? the plugin is down for almost 2 weeks unfortunatly.. My clients need the plugin as soon as possible.

    I noticed that your thread says resolved.

    I’m having redirect issues as well, but Ultimate Members’ free support takes forever to get a response. Could you tell me how you fixed it?

    @kevinluc, no this still isn’t resolved. I just marked that it is resolved, i’m looking to fix it myself.
    I know that it’s free and i don’t want to insult UM but it’s really taking ages. If i needed to pay for support and it got fixed fast then there was no problem. now my client is already 3 weeks without it.. And they’re pist off..

    Hi Lems,

    Have you changed any of the settings in UM settings after activating the plugin?

    Are you able to reset the UM settings and see if you get the redirect.

    I am trying to see if this issue happens as soon as you install UM without changing any settings or not.
