Please help! My website has disappeared.

    I get the error message: If you are the owner of this website, please contact your hosting provider.

    I have called hostpapa but they said it is a wordpress issue because my server is pointing to wordpress. I dont know what to do

    When I go to http://dvees.com/, I see a website.

    I see that “error” message.

    That’s a default error page from (I believe WHM/cPanel. What it means it that your site is either resolving to the wrong server so the server doesn’t know what to do with the request, or the site hasn’t been set up correctly on that server. It is something that you will need to talk to your hosting company about as they are the ones that will be able to correctly diagnose what isn’t right.
