to the bottom of style.css.

You need to add it to the bottom of your WP theme’s style.css file. Not the wp-forum stylesheet.
i did, i go to the webhost thing, like the place u upload wordpress, go in the content, plugin, and select the the wpforum ,, skin, the theme, edit style.css , and roll to the bottom, copy and paste the codes. and nothing happened
No! Go to Admin/Appearance/Editor and edit your style.css file.

These are the files I can choose to edit,, but when i edit them, it doesnt have the save button, how can i save 🙁

Is there an “Update File” button? If not, is there any other message about files not being writable?
absolutely nothing that i can save the codes…
If there is no message about files not being writable, try deactivating all plugins and see if the Update button appears.
