Please help. Login Problem

Hi,
I am new to WP. I cannot log in to admin panel , as soon as i press “Log In” button it gives me an error “Sorry, the page your requested could not be found, or no longer exists. “

All was fine yesterday and day before…Did not change any thing..
I have read few topics about login problem, tried to disable plugins…still the same

I will appreciate any hint / help to solve the problem
