• When I log into the admin page, it goes straight to a page that is identical to the home page, but instead has image placeholders for each of the images and there is no css formatting. I tried reinstalling wp twice, i’ve tried the guide on http://www.tamba2.org.uk/wordpress/site-url/ and so far have found no solutions. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

  • Did it ever worked?
Is the directory and file structure correct on your install?

It has never worked on this server. I even had someone install it from the install4free site and they got the same error. During the load of index.php in the admin area, it seems as though it’s redirecting to login.php (in that same wp-admin folder, a file which doesn’t exist). I searched through the files but didn’t find any redirect link of login.php anywhere. Any ideas Moshu?

Opps, I forgot to include the link. view http://www.craigmitchelldyer.com/blog/wp-admin/index.php and you will see the redirect. You don’t even have to login for this to admin for this to take place. It redirects to a file that doesn’t exist: http://www.craigmitchelldyer.com/blog/wp-admin/login.php. Does anyone know what might be causing this error? I check my phpadmin for siteurl and home and they both say http://www.craigmitchelldyer.com/blog. I have not midified any of the files in the admin section. However, after entering some debug code, it looks like the redirect is originating from the admin.php file. Thanks to anyone who has advice on how to resolve this issue.

Does anyone have advice that would direct me to a working blog? I installed the version 2.0.5 and it seems to show all of my pages blank now. Help in any form is truly appreciated!

    Thank you,
