Please help!!! Editing themes with graphics.

    I need help editing a gallery and an accordion. page-gallery.php and home-accordion.php. I’m assuming that there is a placemarker where I can simply insert the graphic. Is this true? This may be very vague, but I’m very new to this, but I could really use some help! Thanks.
