Please help

When i try to login to my dashboard, I get these errors: – no idea what they mean – and i don’t know how to login to an FTP to fix it – can someone please help (step by step?) I’d really appreciate it! I have no idea how to do the FTP thing – so if someone can please HELP beyond sending me instructions about logging into and FTP, that’d be awesome, cause i don’t understand.
