Please, fix issues with folder permissions

Hi,
plugin is awesome, BUT please fix that issues with folder perms. If I make folder /uploads chmod 664, my website can’t load any image from it.
Plugin always ask me to change chmod to 664 and my website ask me to back 755!

Is there any solution? Thanks
