Please escape chars correctly

Since 2.6.0 everything is escaped double and triple.
Example:
&will be&https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/job-postings/tags/2.6.2/include/class-job-add-edit.php
Line 795,796,862 text will get escaped 3 timesor
