please enter a valid billing address

    When a visitor goes to the cart and enters its data and chooses pay-out method and clicks Place order a warning shows up: please enter a valid billing address. This happens when a correct address is entered. What might cause this?
    Edit: all fields get a green border to show they are valid
    Edit 2: to make it even more strange: this error doesn’t happen every time. I tested in several browsers on different computers. I can’t discover consistency in it.

    Hello,

    Are you using an address validation plugin by any chance?

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Hi @tastymouse

    Is it possible to share a screenshot of the warning message? Since this issue doesn’t always occur, you can create a staging site using a plugin called WP Staging, and place test orders on that environment.

    Hey @tastymouse,

    It’s difficult when an error doesn’t happen every time to get to the root cause.

    I would suggest enabling any debugging that the Mollie plugin has and see if it can capture any failed validation. That might help you pinpoint where the error is coming from.
