Please deactivate your plugins before enabling the Network feature. – no plugins

Basically i’m trying to set multi site. I added the line to the wp-config, created the blog.dir in wp-content and see the add a Network Setup tab. I click that and get get the error that i have to disable the plugins. No big deal, i go do a bulk disable, still get the error.

I actually deleted all the plugins, everything in the plugins dir in fact but it still doesn’t let me get past this step. I haven’t setup any of the htaccess or anything yet but i figured that might be irrelevant since i’m still getting the plugin error.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
