Please add do_shortcode to parse shortcode content

Hi,

I’m using your plugin in conjunction with another shortcode:
[video][my-short-code][/video]

For this to work I needed to add a do_shortcode() wrapper around the $content variable in line 77 of respvid-frontend.php (v.1.2.5).

Could you please add this to the plugin’s next release?
