please add: define('WP_CACHE', true); to wp-config.php

    I’m all of a sudden getting the following error from W3 Total Cache:

    Page caching is not available: please add: define(‘WP_CACHE’, true); to /home/myusername/public_html/wp-config.php. This error message will automatically disappear once the change is successfully made.

    The problem is, I’ve moved my wp-config.php file up one folder so it’s above the public_html. Does this mean in order for Total Cache to work I have to move my wp-config.php back into the public_html?
