Play from Spotify without user login?

I’d like to have a gadget/plugin that I could call Spotify to play a specific track (I’d provide the Spotify URL in my page/post) but there doesn’t seem to be a way to make that happen unless every user of my site has their own Spotify account.

I’d be willing to use a valid Spotify login on the backend of my site, but I’m sure they’d view that is too many attempted logins on one account.

Please post or PM me if you know of a workable alternative to everyone having their own Spotify account.
