plagin for multiple writer site

    hello,I have a wordpress site for multiple writers.

    But when a new user register and access in his account,he can see others posts.But he cannot edit it.This is very embarrassing.

    I want to know if there is any plugin which will make this able to new users not to see other posts after log in
