placing 'Share This' plugin in sidebar

    Hi folks. I’d like to place the ‘Share This’ plug-in in the sidebar of my blog, as well as after each post. The latter was easily done via the plugin Options, but hours of googling have not turned up any instructions I could understand on how to get the plugin positioned in the sidebar.

    Can anyone help, please?
