Placehold.it breaks https

Just a very minor issue with the theme which you can easily fix – when using https, you get a warning if you have featured images missing from any of your posts as it loads a placeholder image from http://placehold.it.

The suggested fix is to either always use https https://placehold.it, or to use the current protocol //placehold.it
