    The value attribute is being stripped from that button (screenshot at: http://cld.wthms.co/vHWA/4Wx5GByj) – either due to localisation / translation or custom coding or 3rd party interference.

    Are you still experiencing the same issue after deactivating all of your plugins (except WooCommerce) and switching to the default Twenty Sixteen theme?
