    Hello, I am using woocomerce facebook plugin, I am connecting successfully but my Pixels are not showing. That’s why I can’t process. I read all the documents and did what was said step by step. I could not solve the problem, it is very important for me, can you please help.

    Hi @mustafamert,

    Thanks for sharing the screenshot, that helped understand your problem faster.

    Is your Facebook in English? If not, please follow the steps below and try the connection again:

    • Change your WordPress site language to English under WP Admin > Settings > General
    • Change your WooCommerce store currency to USD under WooCommerce > Settings > General

    If the problem persists, please share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.
