Pixelated images when published
-
Hi,
My images look good in my laptop and when I insert them in the blog post. However, they look pixelated and compressed when published.

I am using the Foody responsive theme. I didn’t use any compressing plugins. Jpeg saved at 100 percent in my laptop.
Can you please help? I would like to maintain the same high quality when published.

Hi Emily0003,
Did you solve this already? When I visit your site the images look just fine! Can you point out a specific image with which you are seeing the problem?

Hi Laurena,
I am reffering to the fact that in my laptop, the quality is 100 percent. When I publish them and view the blog post, I can see that they decreased in quality, they look as if they were at 80-90 percent compressed instead of 100. It is a small difference but I can see it and I am wondering how to avoid this compression. I uploaded using the Media in WordPress.
Please help, I need the quality as its best.
Never had experience with this, but seems like your are using wordpress service Photon. From your website you are linking to images with links like this: http://i2.wp.com/www.thedailyfashioninspiration.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/embroidery-dress.jpg
this image is compressed to 90%But if you will be linking to http://www.thedailyfashioninspiration.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/embroidery-dress.jpg
you will get the image compressed to 98%@local Fame
Thank you so much! I deactivated the Photon option in Jetpack and now the images look without compression.
