Pixel ID Missing

Despite having installed the pixel correctly (as a business manager I detect it correctly), by installing the plugin and correctly connecting the facebook page to the account, at the end of the procedure a Woocommerce page opens with the Pixel ID Missing error.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

You can get it by navigating to the **WooCommerce / Status** section of your site. Once there, click on the **Get system report** button and then copy it by clicking on the **Copy for support** button. Then paste it here in a comment.

Hi @takemakestudios

That’s a curious error, since your site does in fact seem to be running a pixel, 2178829952267011 and I can view this in the pixel helper.

It does seem to be added through an Elementor widget, however. Could you check your Facebook stats to see if you are pulling pixel events through another source, even though I do not see an obvious possible source via the list of plugins on your site?

I added the pixel as code in the footer through the elementor widget called “html code”. The footer is present on all pages as an elementor template. I do not use plugins for the pixel neither of facebook nor of third parties, only direct html code.
