Pixel Caffeine – Product Catalog Issue

    Hello,

    I have a lot of issues with the Product Catalog.

    GENERATE PRODUCT FEED Dashboard page
    Your product feed contains:1 products? I have 30 in my shop.

    -A lot of “Cannot read property ‘data’ of undefined” on import.
    -Variant imported as single product.
    -Product indicate XX variants but none is available.
    -A lot a products are imported without any image.
    -Some product are imported with no variants, but all variants image are imported in Media.
    -Due to the variant issue, 60 products was imported when in fact I only have 30 in my store.

    WordPress Version 5.4.1
    Pixel Caffeine Version 2.1.2
    Printful Integration for WooCommerce Version 2.1.11
    PHP Version 7.3

    Hi,

    I see you use the plugin “Printful Integration for WooCommerce”. Just to be an immediate feedback, could you please try to refresh again the feed with that plugin temporary deactivated?

    Also, are you using the background saver to generate the feed?

    Moreover, could you please post your website URL? This will help me to see the XML and try to have more info in order to understand the reason of your issue.

    You can use the specific field when answering, in this way the field will be hidden to other users.

    Hello,
    sorry for the delay.

    I regenerated the catalog from scratch with Printful disabled and it doesn’t change anything. All products are still imported twice.

    That an expect result because the Printful plugin interact with Woocommerce only when a product is added or when one is purchased.

    You can use the specific field when answering, in this way the field will be hidden to other users.

    I not see how to do that here. What do you mean by “specific field”?

    I only have the basic /B / LINK B-QUOTE DEL UL OL LI CODE CLOSE TAGS
