Looking at the tags in the theme’s download page, it doesn’t appear to explicitly support RTL but the theme’s author could confirm this.

Were you aware that you can explicitly search for themes that support RTL BY USING https://en-gb.wordpress.org/themes/browse/featured/ and selecting “RTL Language Support” in the Features box part way down the page?
