Pingbacks not working in 2.9.2

    I know there were some issues around pingbacks in 2.9, but I thought these were all resolved in 2.9.1. I have now upgraded to 2.9.2, but still have the following issue:

    Whenever I make a post that contains links to other blogs (that I know allow pingbacks) and my own previous posts (which again, allow pingbacks), none appear.

    On the Add New Post/Edit tab, my Discussion section has ‘Allow trackbacks and pingbacks on this page’ ticked.

    In Settings -> Discussions I have both these ticked:
    ‘Attempt to notify any blogs linked to from the article’
    ‘Allow link notifications from other blogs’

    I noticed this when posting an article that contained many links – no pingbacks were sent. I the tried two test posts, both back to two recent posts of my own. Again, no pingback appeared.

    Any ideas?

    Posted another entry – same problem. Had three links, one to a prior post of mine, two to other blogs I know accept pingbacks.

    Nothing appeared in any of the three locations.

    Is no-one else having trouble with pingbacks?

    I too am having same problem bro, and it seems to be very wierd. Probably the pingback is working with the default theme but is not working with other themes I have
