pingbacks not working

He my blog i have been posting for a bit. Wanting to start using pingbacks i have activated in all the places though does not seem to be sending them. I have followed this guide
I thought i should see when pingbacks were attempted to be made regardless of whether they accepted under custom fields. My custom fields show nothing though catergories are there to add new keys – title or keywords.
