ping-o-matic plus xml rpc ping list

I am trying to find the basic list that I can use in ‘Update Service’ section without duplicating what ping-o-matic already has. How can I make sure that the ping is working for my list (other than pingo-o-matic) I have the following list that I am using:

I would love to make it smaller; e.g., I am sure people in Japan don’t care wht the Indians Abroad are up to; So I am going to delete the last 2 entries.
