@beauboehner– I’m sorry your having issues with our website. We just installed a new firewall, so I’m guessing that’s the issue. Are you unable to access certain pages, or do you have to refresh a few times before you can see the page again.
We will contact our host and make sure this is resolved quickly. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Thanks for the quick response. It came back up just a few minutes ago but was probably unreachable for half an hour or more. I wasn’t able to access anything inside the piklist.com domain. Even after refreshes. I was able to ping the site and run a complete traceroute, so I would bet you’re correct about the firewall. I also cleared my DNS cache.
It’s working now, so I wish there was more information I could provide, but if there’s anything in your logs between 2:00-2:45 PM EST, maybe that could provide some more insight?
