Picture Upload fatal error

    I received this message when trying to upload pictures to my word press blog post:

    Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 30932992) (tried to allocate 825 bytes) in /homepages/15/d337443377/htdocs/Youth/wp-includes/media.php on line 254

    I’m am not sure what I need to do?
