I assume you’re talking about how to insert a picture into your blog post or page?
When you create a new post or page, there’s a toolbar just above the editor where you type in your blog post’s content.
The one on the left (and looks like a box) is the image upload button.

thank you for your answer. however, i do not have image upload button. it looks like the only way i could do it would be through “media” button and then library of files and add new. unfortunately, during this uploading process i get http error. it’s quite annoying. i am not sure what else i can do. perhaps decrease the size of pictures or save it as pdf file?
