    Hello everyone,
I’m hoping someone here can help me with a problem I’ve been having with my website since the last “WordPress” update.

For some reason, some of the featured images no longer show up on the website, while they are stored normally on the admin page & a white background is all you see, unfortunately.

For other posts, however, they are still there as normal.

For troubleshooting: I can of course reset the website to the old Worpress version & then the pictures will show up again. However, is there any other way I could solve the problem?

The following context may be interesting/helpful here.
On the homepage of the website (in the blog), the featured images appear normally, but unfortunately not in the posts themselves.

  • I would hazard a guess that this has something to do with the theme you are using and how the theme is fetching featured images. I could be wrong, but it’s the first place I’d look. Do the theme developers offer support?

Found the problem. The cause of the error was indeed incompatible “themes”. Thank you very much for your help.
