Picture Button Help

Hello All,

I’m after an effect which is similar to the one on this web page :
http://www.steelcitypromotions.co.uk

It’s the effect that they have on their buttons for the about us, recent events and showreel.

I’m after a hover or button effect, where I can display a picture, with a heading under it, and when you hover the description appears.

Anyone got any ideas as I have been looking around for hours on Google and here, and I can’t quite find what I am looking for.
