Picklist Issue (Quick question)

Created a picklist field name “annual_revenue” in the app and a custom field in saleforce. I’m having problems capturing the input in my salesforce lead, all other fields are captured I’m sure it’s a simple fieldID issue. Can you point me to a tutorial or advise me.
