phpMyAdmin restore

Friends I have installed Online Backup plugin.

I have emailed by my host that MySQL is slow. I checked phpMyAdmin. It has a table named wp_wponlinebackup_… that that has more than 1000 records. I click on Empty : ( now it is empty and my my blog is not opening. It says “Error establishing a database connection”

Perhaps I have Backup : ) but when I want to restore by copying the .sql text file and past it into the phpMyAdmin -> SQL or form “Import” and hit “Go” then the next page is not opening it says “The connection was reset”.

Please help me.
