• Hello, in time for the upgrading from PHP7.0 to PHP 7.2, I had also updated all the softwares in WordPress on our website, but, our website had had some problem, therefore, we re-constructed our website using shopIsle in WordPress. When we upgraded to PHP7.2, the following message came out.
Warning: Parameter 2 to WC_Predictive_Search_Hook_Filter::search_by_title_only()expected to be a reference, value given in /customers/9/0/4/raijinsports.co.uk/tttpd.www/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 286 Warning: Parameter 2 to WC_Predictive_Search_Hook_Filter::predictive_posts_orderby() expected to be a reference, value given in / customers/9/0/4/raijinsports.co.uk/httpd/www/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.ohp on line 286
So, is is possible to help us resolve any error. How does it stop coming up?
Thanking in advance, All the best, RS

You should deactivate the WooCommerce Predictive Search plugin and report this prpblem to the plugin’s authors.

That’s a warning, not an error, so it should not be breaking anything.

Thank you so much, but, even if there is an error message, it is not good to see our website. So, I need to have a solution.
    Thank you so much again

Check wp-config.php and make sure WP_DEBUG is false, not true.

    Dear Mr. Stern,
We are not really good at this sort of thing.
    We are simply panicking…
Thank you so much for your help. Will find the wp-config.php,

    Hello,
We have deactivate the WooCommerce Predictive Search Pro plugin.
In the meantime, we could not report the said problem to the author.
By the way, if we deactivated the said plugin, may I ask you about the effect towards our website?
Hope that my writing above is made in order.
    All the best

You’re using a commercial plugin, so please use their official support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.

    Dear Mr. Stern,
    Thank you so much again.
Firstly, you are talking with someone who is utterly totally ignorant about this sort of technical matters.
Then, I went to WordPress-Duplicator-Setting-Debugging and enabled.
    But, it did not work.

The current solution is to deactivate WooCommerce Predictive Serarch PRO.

But, after the 3rd of December, the PHP7.0 will be expired, so, we need to find the solution.

Thank you so much again for your support.
    We really appreciate it.

    All the best wishes

    Dear Mr. Stern,
We had already had an access to the said link:
    https://a3rev.com/contact-us-page/

But, when we sent our message to them, we could not do that.
We were not regarded as HUMAN.

So, we need to find the solution.

    All the best
    R.

I’m using php 7.2.11 on a number of my sites without problem. I’m sorry you’re having problems with that plugin — perhaps you should find another if the authors are unreachable.
