I receive the following PHP warnings in one of my website dashboards:

Warning: fopen(/home3/i558933/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordfence/wordfence.php) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home3/i558933/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4004

Not sure if this is a WordFence or a WordPress issue.

Yep – it’s been installed for many months.

I did a little digging (and incidentally, a google searchn which lead to this page – https://youthsymphonykc.org/wordpress/alumni/alumni-update-form/ ) which was kind of funny and sad at the same time) and I’m still looking but Can you verify something for me? If you can ftp or ssh to your server and make sure that the wordfence.php file exists in the wp-content/plugins/wordfence folder?

Yep – it does exist. For all intents and purposes WordFence seems to be working fine.

So does that error occur every time you login? Or just some times?
