PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach()

I keep getting a php warning:
PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach()

I am following the exact instructions on;

The correct data outputs fine but for some reason php shows a warning. I found an article (below) that could have something do do with the issue but I’m not sure.
