I am not sure if this is related, but I see this error on Diagnostics>Connectivity
wp_remote_post() test back to this server failed! Response was: 503 Service Unavailable
This additional info may help you diagnose the issue. The response headers we received were:

Hi,
After some research, we saw that the error appears only when the Cloudflare is active on the sites. It seems that your servers are conflicting with Cloudflare.

You mentioned two different issues, and I believe only the first one is breaking your site.
Can you edit /wp-cron.php and comment out the line fastcgi_finish_request();?
So replace line 28 with:
//fastcgi_finish_request();
What happened is that this line is outputting some error messages on the page, and when Wordfence runs, it is unable to change headers (because something else was outputted on the page).

It seems to work fine now, but what will happen on the next WordPress update? This cannot be considered as a permanent solution.
Also, I activated the Cloudflare and the connectivity issue came up again.

Can you send a diagnostics report to us at wftest [at] wordfence [dot] com? The link to do so will be on that same page you saw the “wp_remote_post() test back to this server failed!” error on. Make sure and include your forum username and respond here once you do.

@dimath99 I think I see what is happening but I’m not getting notifications that you respond here. Can you send an email to that same address the diagnostics report went to with a screenshot of your rate limiting rules?
