PHP Update Required Warning!

    Lately, I am noticing a lot of WordPress ‘warnings’ on my sites running on ‘Hueman ‘that “WordPress has detected that your site is running on an insecure version of PHP. Learn more about updating PHP.”

    Wondering if it is related to the Theme?

    Any advice will be appreciated. Thank you.

    Hello, Thanks for bringing this up. It can help other users.

    This is not related to the theme. It’s part of a serie of changes introduced in WordPress since V5.1 to improve the security of WordPress sites.

    Thanks Nikeo for looking into it. I was just wondering how the WordPress was detecting that my site was ‘running on an insecure version of PHP’.

    Since I have not inserted any php code, only php code that is there can only be from the theme itself – am I right?
